LIPTON HALL REGULATIONS AND RENTAL FEES

- Fees: $175 per day with a $300 damage deposit.
Contact Marlene at the Village Office to arrange a booking for the Hall
- Contact the caretaker for keys to the Hall.

- Decorations and all other items are to be attached to ONLY the tackboard and hooks provided. NO ITEMS are to be attached to the wall in any manner whatsoever.
- After hall is used, turn down furnace thermostats and turn off all lights. Exit light switch is located to the high left of the kitchen door.
- Unplug coolers, wipe them out and prop open the doors.
- Bag all garbage. The caretaker will put the bags out in the garbage box.
- Box all bottles if using bar area. Remove all of your items from the hall. (Food, drinks, bottles, cans and decorations etc.)
- Wipe off all tables. Tables and chairs will be put away by the caretaker.
- No dance wax is allowed on the hardwood floor. Sawdust is provided.
- Wash coffee perks and all dishes and cutlery and stack in appropriate cupboards.
- Do not make juice in coffee perks. Two large plastic containers are provided for this purpose.
- No tea towels are provided.
- No dishes or pots or other items are to be removed from the Hall.
- A telephone is provided for your convenience. LOCAL CALLS ONLY !!!!!! Any long distance calls made, will be billed to the renter of the hall.
- Lock all doors after your function and leave the keys in the hall or return them to the caretaker.
- NO CONFETTI of any kind (metallic or paper) is allowed in the hall.
