TAX and UTILITY PAYMENTS Tax and Utility Bill Payments to the Village of Lipton may now be made On Line, by Telephone Banking and at your ATM. Set up your bill payments with your bank by using the "Account Number" shown on the upper left hand corner of your Utility Bill. DOGS and CATS Please keep your pets confined to your property. Respect your neighbors by keeping your dogs quiet.
GARBAGE All garbage must be bagged and secured in a closed container. Please check your garbage bins for loose boards and tops that are broken or not properly fitted so you can deter animals from scattering your garbage.
