Effective April/May/June billing term the following new rates will apply:

The total QUARTERLY minimum charge for

RESIDENTIAL	-	Water billing is $80.00 / 8,000 gallons per quarter, with a $7.00 charge every 1000 used over 8,000
	-	Sewer billing is $50.00 per quarter

COMMERCIAL and all other categories - contact the Village Office at 336-2505 for rates and overage.

Utility Bill Payments to the Village of Lipton may now be made On Line, by Telephone Banking and at your ATM.

Set up your Utility bill payments with your bank by using the "Account Number" shown on the upper left hand corner of your Utility Bill.
